TurboPlus
Turbo Plus products include braid, super braid and 12.5mm and 40mm tape. TurboPlus has the same interconnectivity and mixed metals features as the turbo products but are also striped for greater visibility. Stripes are proven to be effective in deterring stock and preventing animals challenging the fence line.
Turbo
Turbo products include wire and 12.5mm and 40mm tape. Turbo tape products feature an exclusive ‘interconnectivity’ construction, which prevents power loss if a metal strand within the tape breaks. Both the tape and wire products have a mix of stainless steel and copper strands to achieve an effective balance between maximum conductivity and long life. By mixing these metal filaments the tendency for copper wires to work harder and break through wind action, is over come by bridging any breakage with the more resilient stainless steel filaments. Copper-only products cannot provide the reliability of Gallagher mixed metal Turbo products. Turbo products, therefore, are better for longer-term reliability and conductivity and are suited for fencing distances over 200m.
Poly
Gallagher offers Poly products in wire and 12.5mm and 40mm tape. These products are UV stabilised for strength and long life and are a good solution for powering short distances of portable fence, up to 200m.
