Lightning Diverters and Cut Out Switches

Lightning can damage an energizer if it strikes the fence. All Gallagher energizers are installed with lightning diverters to provide partial protection against small strikes. In areas where lightning is a problem, installing additional lightning diverters on the fence line, provides added protection and peace of mind.

Cut out switches are used to isolated sections of fence. This switch is a very handy tool, allowing repairs to be made to a section of fence while ensuring power is maintained on the rest of the fence line.
